Refund policy

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. As such, we have a hassle-free return policy with the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 30 days after the delivery of your item.
  • If you received a free item with your order, you must return the free item as well. If the free item is not returned, the value of the free item will be deducted from your refund.
  • A free return label will be provided for Canada and US customers.
  • For international customers, please contact us for the return address.

Please note that returns must be in their original condition, unworn and unscratched. Once we receive your returned item(s), you will be issued a refund back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damages and issues

If your order is damaged, defective or if you receive the incorrect item, please let us know right away. We will evaluate the issue and make it right!
