Monthly Giveaway Rules

The Ark & Bow Jewelry Inc. Instagram account (https://www.instagram.com/arkandbowjewelry/) holds a monthly giveaway. The paragraphs below set out the official rules for the month of December 2023.

OFFICIAL RULES

No purchase or payment of any kind is required for entry into this giveaway. Please note that this giveaway is not endorsed or sponsored by Instagram in any way.

CONTEST PERIOD: The giveaway begins at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on December 18th, 2023 ("the start date") and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on January 18th, 2024 ("the end date").

ELIGIBILITY: The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States of America and Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have reached the age of majority in their respective state or province.

HOW TO ENTER: Entrants can enter the giveaway by completing the following steps:

i) Following the Ark & Bow Jewelry Inc. Instagram account (https://www.instagram.com/arkandbowjewelry/).

ii) Liking the giveaway post.

iii) Commenting and answering the question on the giveaway post.

iv) Tagging a friend in the comment section of the giveaway post. Entrants can receive one (1) extra entry for each additional tagged friend.

ADDITIONAL PRIZE CONDITIONS:

i) On or about January 18th, 2024, one (1) random winner will be chosen from all eligible entries received during the contest period.

ii) Canadian giveaway winners must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance of any kind. Should the winner fail to answer the question correctly, they will be disqualified and another winner will be randomly chosen.

iii) If a selected winner is found to not be at least eighteen (18) and have not reached the age of majority in their respective state/province, they will be disqualified and another winner will be randomly chosen.

PRIZE:

i) There will be two (2) prize winners. The winners will each win a product of their choice from the Ark & Bow Jewelry Inc. ("https://arkandbow.com/") website, provided the item is in stock and available.

ii) Once the prize is chosen, the prize must be accepted as chosen and may not be exchanged or refunded for cash or otherwise.

iii) Ark & Bow Jewelry Inc. is not responsible for prizes damaged or lost during shipping.

AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, entrants agree to and are bound by the official rules listed above.
